Focused on rental assistance for income eligible residents (<60% AMI). Currently manages 17 units in Twisp, with a total of 97 units across the county.

Consortium of local community leaders focused on identifying and coordinating  actions for broad housing crisis solutions

Methow Housing Trust

Focused on permanent affordability of home ownership for income eligible residents (60-150% AMI). Completed 21 houses, with 50 in development.

 

Okanogan Coalition for Health Improvement (CHI)

The Coalitions for Health Improvement (CHI) Community Initiatives funding is made possible by the North Central Accountable Community of Health (NCACH) under the statewide Medicaid Transformation. This funding is for local and regional initiatives across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties with the goal of advancing whole person health.

Senior Assessment for Support and Housing (SASH)

Focused on understanding and advocating for senior housing options.

Jamie’s Place

The two adult family homes – Jamie’s Place and Mountain View – are licensed with the State of Washington and have contracts with the Department of Social and Health Services to provide services to residents who receive Medicaid funds.

Each house accommodates 6 residents with private rooms/baths and provides a family home setting and 24-hour care for functionally impaired residents.

Room One is a multifaceted social service organization located in the Methow Valley, Okanogan County. We provide a wide range of services and programming including one-on-one supports and resource connections, educational programs in the schools,

Methow at Home’s mission is to support their members who want to age in place.

he main goal of Methow At Home is to offer volunteer services, activities, and educational opportunities to its members. We also provide a resource of paid providers that its members can hire if the requested service is beyond the scope of a volunteer.
